Jerry Waugh - Senior Pastor Pastor Jerry was born in Huntington, West Virginia, and grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. He graduated from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky, with a degree in Religious Education. He also received a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. The first (and only) church he has served after seminary has been Northcliffe. Pastor Jerry came here as an Associate Pastor in 1986. In 1990, he became Senior Pastor. Pastor Jerry is married to Marcia (25 years), and they have four children: Rachel, Josh, Brett, and Jordan. Pastor Jerry’s hobbies include: reading, watching TV Land classics; and cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats.

Jeff is a graduate of Levell College at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Jeff married his wife Karen in 2002 and is the proud father of his daughter Lauren and son Caleb. Jeff's hobbies include playing golf, hanging with students, and spending time with his family. Oh and he is Gator fan to the core! Go Gators!
Philip Fong - Minister of Education
One of Philip's greatest passions is to motivate, lead, and equip fellow saints in reaching their full potential in their personal ministry. "It gives me tremendous joy, satisfaction and blessing when I am able to play a part in the discipleship process of fellow laborers in Christ and to see them become active, effective, and efficient in the building of God's Kingdom, by the exercise of their Spiritual gifts through personal ministry."
Jerri Trammel- Minister of Children
Jerri Trammel, also known as "Miss Jerri", has been the Minister of Children for 9 years. She has been the VBS Director for 13 years. Jerri and her husband have been members of Northcliffe for 20 years. They moved to Spring Hill when Northcliffe called Jerri as their Children/Youth Minister in 1990. Jerri's husband, Greg, is a Christian Counselor and has been in private practice for 16 years. They have two teenage children, Samantha and Ben.
Ashley Bomboy - Preschool Coordinator Ashley moved to the Spring Hill area in May of 2004 and very quickly realized that Northcliffe Baptist Church was the home for her. She has been involved in nearly every aspect of the preschool/children's ministry and is enjoying being the preschool coordinator. She is married to a Spring Hill Firefighter and they have been married since 2001. She is a stay-at-home mom of 3 young children and is homeschooling.
Aaron states his ministry objective is to serve my pastor and church congregation by helping facilitate an exciting musical and visual atmosphere that inspires biblical worship. To minister to the needs of the people. To continue to grow both spiritually and professionally in order to offer my best to the Lord. To help those with clear gifts in music, to find a place of service in the local church and other effective ministry venues. To be faithful to the Holy Spirit as I lead with humility, truth, and grace to everyone that God places in my path.
Steve Celinski - Minister of Outreach
Steve Celinski has been a member of Northcliffe for 19 years and on staff since 2004. He is married to his wife Ellen (37 years and counting). They have three married children: Chris, Matt, and MaryEllen, and one granddaughter, Stella Grace. Steve is passionate about evangelism and loves to share the free gift of eternal life with everyone. During his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Nancy Patterson - Business Administrator
Nancy has been serving at Northcliffe since 1995. Nancy has two daughters Jessica and Sherie and her son in law Brad. She enjoys boating, fishing, and swimming. Nancy considers it a joy to work in the ministry and is excited about what God is doing at Northcliffe.
Tonya Vaughan - Financial Secretary
Tonya became the Financial Secretary for Northcliffe in May 2008. She lives in Brooksville with her husband and their 2 dachshunds.
Jackie Laird - Ministry Assistant
Jackie is the Pastor's Ministry Assistant. She is the mother of three beautiful adult daughters and three brillant grandsons who call her "Mammy"! Jackie enjoys working with Road to Recovery and teaching Christian Life Development classes. In her free time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, cooking, and canasta.
Aryn Kerr - Ministry Assistant
Aryn has been a member of Northcliffe since early 2004, and has worked in the office since January of 2005. She was baptized in a Southern Baptist church in Arizona, which her Great Grandparents helped establish in the 1940's, with 5 generations of her family present. She enjoys reading, swimming, Beth Moore Bible studies, working in the children's ministry, and spending time with friends and family.
Suzanne Duncan - Ministry Assistant
Suzanne and her husband Stuart moved to Homosassa in December, 2005 from Atlanta, GA, and have a daughter, Heather. Suzanne started working at Northcliffe in February, 2007 as an assistant secretary. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys yard work, exercising and reading.
