Jerry Waugh - Senior Pastor
Pastor Jerry was born in Huntington, West Virginia, and grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. He graduated from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky, with a degree in Religious Education. He also received a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. The first (and only) church he has served after seminary has been Northcliffe. Pastor Jerry came here as an Associate Pastor in 1986. In 1990, he became Senior Pastor. Pastor Jerry is married to Marcia (25 years), and they have four children: Rachel, Josh, Brett, and Jordan. Pastor Jerry’s hobbies include: reading, watching TV Land classics; and cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats.

Jeff Dye - Minister of Students
Jeff is a graduate of Levell College at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Jeff married his wife Karen in 2002 and is the proud father of his daughter Lauren and son Caleb. Jeff's hobbies include playing golf, hanging with students, and spending time with his family. Oh and he is Gator fan to the core! Go Gators!

Dr. Philip Fong - Minister of Education
Philip was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the US as a youth. He lived in Brookline, MA a few years before moving to Central Florida, where he has resided most of his adult life. His call to ministry came after over 20 years in the marketplace, of which the last 13 years he had a real estate development and consulting firm. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from University of Phoenix. He also earned a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Educational Ministry in Leadership from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2009, Philip joined the Northcliffe ministerial team. He has served at other churches in Central Florida. His two areas of passion are discipleship and leadership. He is married to his best friend Dominique (11 years) and they are blessed with two precious children, Christian, 10 and Hannah 5. Philip enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, watching movies and cooking shows, and playing golf.

Darlene Hurst - Minister of Children
Darlene was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she met her husband Randy. Married for almost 29 years, they have two children (Daniel and Elizabeth), a Yorkie named Dallas, and are soon to have a daughter-in-law, Missy. The Hursts have lived in Florida for 20 years. Darlene is passionate in her love and service for God. She has always had a heart for children’s ministry and teaching little ones about Him. She enjoys spending time with family, walking, camping, fishing, reading, and going to the Great Smoky Mountains. She is a big fan of giving and getting HUGS!

Becky Carr - Preschool Coordinator
Becky has been a member of Northcliffe since 1995. She has been married to David for 18 years and they have 2 children, Joshua and Emily. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Biology. Becky's hobbies include reading, hiking, camping, and crafts. She is excited about serving at Northcliffe.

Aaron Odom - Worship Leader
Aaron was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, but grew up in Mississippi, and Florida. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Music Performance. After receiving a Master’s degree from Manhattan School of Music in New York City, Aaron was on the path to an international career in opera. However, in 2002, he felt called into Christian Concert ministry. Since then, Aaron has sung in hundreds of venues all across the nation and in 12 different countries. He has shared the platform with John Hagee, Jerry Falwell, Bill Gaither, Guy Penrod, and David Phelps. Aaron is married to PJ (9 years) and they have a son, Ramsey (7). Aaron’s hobbies are playing golf, fishing, and watching his favorite TV show, Swamp People.

Steve Celinski - Minister of Outreach
Steve Celinski has been a member of Northcliffe for 19 years and on staff since 2004. He is married to his wife Ellen (37 years and counting). They have three married children: Chris, Matt, and MaryEllen, and one granddaughter, Stella Grace. Steve is passionate about evangelism and loves to share the free gift of eternal life with everyone. During his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Nancy Patterson - Business Administrator
Nancy has been serving at Northcliffe since 1995. Nancy has two daughters Jessica and Sherie and her son in law Brad. She enjoys boating, fishing, and swimming. Nancy considers it a joy to work in the ministry and is excited about what God is doing at Northcliffe.

Tonya Vaughan - Financial Secretary
Tonya became the Financial Secretary for Northcliffe in May 2008. She lives in Brooksville with her husband and their 2 dachshunds.

Christine Wooters – Pastor's Ministry Assistant
Christine’s hometown is Okeechobee, Florida, making her a true Florida native. Christine and her daughter, Jessica, have been members of Northcliffe since 2009, and they live in Masaryktown with their two dogs. Christine started with Northcliffe as the pastor’s ministry assistant September 2011 and is excited to use her administrative skills to support ministry. She loves to sing and is grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of the music ministry by serving on the 2nd Service Praise Team, in the choir and with the Ladies Ensemble (Grace Notes). She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and being outdoors.

Aryn Balogh - Ministry Assistant
Aryn has been a member of Northcliffe since early 2004, and has worked in the office since January of 2005. She married her husband Andrew in February, 2011. Aryn was baptized in a Southern Baptist church in Arizona, which her Great Grandparents helped establish in the 1940's, with 5 generations of her family present. She enjoys reading, swimming, Beth Moore Bible studies, working with the children's ministry, and spending time with friends and family.

Suzanne Duncan - Ministry Assistant
Suzanne and her husband Stuart moved to Homosassa in December, 2005 from Atlanta, GA, and have a daughter, Heather. Suzanne started working at Northcliffe in February, 2007 as an assistant secretary. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys yard work, exercising and reading.
